Note that these steps only work if
you have the full version of Access. If you have only the run-time version follow the steps under Run
Time Link.
If the document exists electronically, say as a Word document or as a scanned .pdf file, you can set up a link to this so that when you search, you can then display the actual document.
To set up such a link, do the following:Step
