This is an option which can be turned on from the set-up page.
Recurring actions are those actions which a repeated at regular
intervals, say inspections. Each action has:
- A type (eg Safety Committee Meeting)
- A title
- A frequency (say every 3 months)
- The option of having someone accountable for it .
Once
an action has been completed, the next one is scheduled using the
frequency data. Recurring actions reappear on a person's TO DO
list just before they are due. |
