From the menu, click on the Enter Environmental Aspects and Actions button.  The form shown below is displayed.

Find the appropriate Aspect.  You can use the Find this Issue box and GO button at the top of form for this.

Define the impact

In the subform, select the applicable category and the select the volume, damaging nature, etc.  The score will be automatically calculated.

Repeat steps 3 and 4 for other categories
