The links between Roles and Training is illustrated in the example below.
A certain role must have a competency for the role. That competency may have a finite lifetime and may be provided by different training courses. In the example below, there are two course providers and the lifetime is 3 years (ie 36 months).
If a person successfully carries out the appropriate training for that role, then they may be assigned that role until the lifetime runs out. For example, A McGlade can be in the role until 1/2/13.
