Q The completed audits have disappeared from the schedule when I next go into it. Why?

A This is intentional, in order to prevent the list from being clogged up. You can override this (or reinstate it) from the defaults settings

Q When does the audit get added to a TO DO list?

A It will start appearing on the accountable person's TO DO list, 4 weeks before it is due. The warning interval can be changed from the default settings
