Lists all aspects and impacts with scoring system giving ranked report in descending order of impact with action plans linked into personal action lists.  Allows reviews to be recorded, say following improvement action.

 

Accidents, near misses events

Records accidents, incidents and hazards, plus investigations with action plans linked into personal action lists

   

Customer positive feedback

Lists positive feedback from customers, also appended to reports for customer complaints and internal problems.

Lists customer complaints with department, complaint type, costs and quantities.  Analysis can be filtered by any combination of factors and gives counts and grouping by complaint type.

Records environmental duty of care audit with action plans linked into personal action lists

Meetings

Provides meeting minutes formatted by mandatory topics from ISO 9001, etc., plus any other topic.  Can carry through incomplete actions from previous meetings of the same type.  Has action plans linked into personal action lists.

Management analysis

Provides ability to see counts by any factor, filtered by dates, department, etc.

Issues not signed off

Gives lists of all issues not signed off. Can be filtered by department, type (eg QA), etc.

Issues with overdue actions

Search

Can search by any part of the description. eg searching for “neutral” will show “Neutral wire”, “Neutralising bath”, etc.

Information

Provides listing and location for any type of information and search facility to retrieve this.  Has the facility for hyperlinks where information is electronically stored.

Recurring actions

Lists actions which recur on a set basis, eg obtaining Waste Carriers Licences every 3 years.  Appears on personal TO DO list 1 month before due date.  Automatic rescheduling once complete.

Training

Records training or assessment of competence for a person.  Allows data to be entered for each person, or for a course where attendees are listed.
