The Legal Compliance Audit function enables you to meet your obligations for assessing legal compliance under ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001.

The system provides a list of regulations. Double-clicking on the regulation will tell you more about it. The list depends upon which options you have chosen and if only health and safety is selected, then only health and safety appears. You can decide if a regulation is applicable and then whether or not you comply with it. Comments can be added to indicate how you have complied with it, or why it is not applicable. As throughout INTACT, actions can be assigned where appropriate.

The report delivered by this system gives all the legal compliance audits and therefore shows a history of conformance with this requirement.

Licencees of INTACT receive free update of the list of regulations which is stored in a separate file.
